Must have documented proof (screenshots, analytics report, etc.) of your review total prior to starting with SMARTReview.
Must use SMARTReview for at least 30 days
SMARTReview Stand must not be damaged
If your business did not increase by at least 20% in 30 days, the above criteria was met and you would like to return:
Contact SMARTReview at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review your claim
If a refund is warranted, the customer will return the SMARTReview Stand. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The refund will be processed when the Stand is received.
